I had severe lower back pain with a three disc bulges then I visited chennai physio care. Dr. Vanathi and Dr. Aishwarya took really a great care of me and I had a very poor posture and duck feet they corrected the way of walking and posture. Then the physio sessions are really helpful and it cured my lower back pain and the exercises thought by Dr vanathi is really helpful. My wife was suffering from severe hip pain.we have consulted doctors and found that there is a problem in the spine L5_S1 Spondylolisthesis
